Downloads fixed

Bernd Hort informed me that the downloads section of my blog was broken... while investigating, I realized that the quote section was also displaying all quotes instead of a random selection of 5. Both are now fixed.

Incidentally, if you're looking for a download of DxlFactory, it's not there yet. But it wouldn't surprise me if it found its way into an updatesite.zip at some point.....

UPDATE: Charles informed me that there was also a problem with my comments feed. That's fixed now too. Thanks, Charles!
