my use of Default Sans Serif finally vindicated by research

Found this interesting article at Scientific American about research done at the University of Michigan, which found that instructions presented in Arial were not only more likely to be followed than the same instructions presented in a "fancy" font, but more enthusiastically. So, not only does the use of Default Sans Serif minimize the number of font tags that Domino generates, making a form/page more CSS-friendly (both on the web and in the Notes client), but it would seem that users are more likely to understand what the UI is telling them to do - and have a better attitude about doing it - than if we succumb to the temptation to impress them by using a serif font.
