Although anything that catches my eye shows up in the "Elsewhere" section of my blog, I want to call particular attention to two folks that have really been churning out some impressive stuff recently: Tommy Valand and Michel Van der Meiren.

Tommy has been pushing the interface envelope. Specifically, he's been playing with integrating JavaScript libraries such as mootools and script.aculo.us into the Notes client. Although some of the results are purely experimental at this point, these approaches hint at some compelling possibilities. Here's a sampling of some of his recent posts:
FieldListener class for NotesUI - search on enter, etc. / Fun stuff with the FieldListener class
Sexifying the client with DHTML
Highlighting fields on "Entering" with CSS in the Notes Client
Ajax-like live-search in the client
BlindDown-effect in the Notes Client using JavaScript

Michel has begun work on what he calls "Domino Workspace". Basically, it's Quickr without all the attachment management features and dojo overhead. All the web techniques I've seen from Michel are clean and crisp, but also demonstrate how rapidly good applications can be built in Domino. In less than three weeks, he's already come a long way toward the featureset he outlined in his announcement of the project. I created a test blog and have cross-posted a few of my recent articles. The interface is intuitive, clean, fast, and - again - surprisingly full-featured for the short amount of time spent thus far.

Great job, guys! Keep up the good work...
